I broke it right away too. It was on sale from 11$ to 8$ CDN so i feel ripped off. I am just giving up on makeup. It's so hard to find something eco-friendly that works! I've decided to embrace my rosacea-red skin. (don't touch my mascara, though - gotta have my Tammy Faye Lashes!) I'm saving all my super-toxic good stuff for truly momentous occasions. And hoping this will last me the rest of my life, or at least until they can start formulating organics that work. The glimmer of light? Surprisingly, my local, hand-made, castille-style goat soap is actually helping reduce the redness, acne and "angry-skin"! Ugh. I am just giving up on makeup. I just tried this last week and had the SAME thing happen with the stick not working at all until it broke. Also, I used it as cover up for a smaller pimple that is now a BIG pimple, (possibly as a result) so I'm not super thrilled about that.
