		<description>My first year of CSA membership was a similar culinary exploration.  You might consider swiss chard chips- tear leaves into chip size pieces, spray with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt and bake at 350 until crisp (10-15 min).  Ellie loved it- before she became anti-veggie a few years later.  Now she eats them for fear of death from her mother:)</description>
