I don't think it is gross at all. I am actually waiting on some materials to make some for Crunchy Chicken's drive. If they don't come out too bad I would def. consider making them to sell. There is a reasonably priced organic flannel that I think will work well. I am trying to use these small business distributors for my fabric, but.....getting a wee bit impatient with the shipping time. I am beginning to think they don't actually start growing the cotton until I order.

GREAT SUGGESTIONS! We're "non-religious", so I love making it a celebration of spring! I am so going to do the gardening things in a basket idea!

As for other egg dyes... I know how to make yellow, but as you said, you don't want to pee on anyone's bonnet, so....

PS... I don't have any etsy experience, but am happy to answer or help or simply listen and provide feedback (you have my email from this post, yes?) on your products, shipping, whatever.

Also, have you thought about making reusable menstrual pads? Not to be gross, but a lot of women are starting to use them and gladrags sells them for like $8.95 EACH! Dude, materials can't cost more than a buck a pad!
